Digital orders
Orders are for digital products or keys. An order is considered completed after the third-party payment service confirms the payment and the application completes the corresponding delivery. Payment initiation, QR scanning, or returning from a payment app does not by itself complete an order.
Pending, failed, or expired payments
A payment that remains pending with the provider is not treated as successful and does not trigger delivery. Failed or expired payment sessions do not deliver a key. You may create a new payment session when the current session has expired.
Delivery problems after confirmed payment
If the provider confirms payment but the expected digital delivery is not available, contact support with the order reference and the payment details shown in your order. We will review the provider confirmation and the local order record before deciding on a correction, replacement, or other appropriate resolution.
Duplicate payments
If the same order appears to have been paid more than once, do not submit repeated verification attempts. Contact support with the relevant order references. Duplicate-payment cases are reviewed against provider records and are not automatically treated as separate product entitlements.
Fraud and disputes
Fraudulent payments, unauthorized payment attempts, false claims, or abusive chargebacks may result in order suspension and investigation. Do not share payment credentials or screenshots containing sensitive information in public channels.
How to contact support
For an order or payment review, use the Telegram or Instagram links on the Contact page and include only the information needed to locate the order. Never send an API key, password, or other secret.
